We’re a small, family-owned business built on real relationships, deep trust, and truly knowing the dogs and people we serve. Our team is made up of family members who are deeply connected to the care, safety, and emotional wellbeing of every dog who walks through our gate.

We keep our play groups intentionally small so each dog receives close supervision and thoughtful guidance. Dogs are grouped based on compatible play styles, energy levels, and social preferences — not just size or breed.

We offer street-side check-ins and pick-ups to make your day easy and your dog’s transition calm and safe. A team member will meet you at your car, greet your dog, and escort them inside on leash.

We believe in direct, respectful communication. You’ll hear from us by text, phone call, or email — whatever works best for you. We see ourselves as your partner in your dog’s care — acting as your eyes and ears when you can’t be there, with the benefit of professional training expertise.
If we notice something important about your dog’s behavior, health, stress level, or social dynamics, we’ll reach out early and honestly.
Dogs spend time playing outdoors on our spacious property and resting indoors in a calm, home-like environment. We intentionally balance activity with downtime so dogs don’t become overstimulated, overtired, or stressed.
Weather always guides our schedule:
During extreme heat or cold, outdoor play is broken into shorter sessions with more frequent breaks.
During severe weather days, “school” may be canceled in alignment with local public school closures for safety.
Every dog also participates in daily enrichment activities to support mental stimulation, curiosity, and healthy nervous system regulation.

Our daycare is nestled into a Kansas City neighborhood and offers a warm, grounded, home-style environment rather than a loud commercial facility. Dogs experience consistency, calm leadership, and genuine connection throughout their day.
Above all, decisions here are made in the best interest of the dogs. Their safety, emotional wellbeing, and long-term development always come first.
❋ A Supportive Space
Advanced Focus Sessions (Optional)For dogs who benefit from extra structure, skill-building, or behavioral refinement, we offer optional Advanced Focus Sessions during daycare.
In these 30-minute one-on-one sessions, your dog works directly with Gardenia, lead trainer and owner, on a specific training goal or behavioral focus. These sessions allow deeper observation of your dog’s unique needs and strengths.
This is not a board-and-train program — think of it like a “gifted” or enrichment track for dogs who thrive with additional mental and behavioral challenge.
Not every dog needs it — but it’s available if yours does.
Overnight Care
Our overnight care is designed to feel like a natural continuation of your dog’s day — not a traditional boarding environment. Dogs receive attentive, overnight support so their comfort, emotional needs, and routines are honored, including late-night potty breaks or extra reassurance when needed.
For some families and dogs, overnight care in your own home with a dedicated dog nanny may also be an option. Availability varies, so we invite you to reach out to explore what setting best supports your dog.
